Working with Pauline helped me so much. I was diagnosed with ADHD at age 40, and though I’m medicated, I hadn’t had any therapy or coaching. Pauline has helped me recognize the deeper patterns and thought processes that cause me to struggle with things like planning and time management. Working with her, I have been able to come up with personalized strategies to help me start to overcome these challenges. Some of these have included creating short-term and long-term plans to complete assignments and other tasks, and making reminders for myself about where I left off in my work so I can get started again more easily.
